Certified Personal Trainer
James Upsher is an experienced personal trainer with a certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). James believes that fitness extends far beyond the physical benefits that it provides. James specializes in strength training, bodybuilding, endurance training, nutrition, and places a great deal of emphasis on sustainability and proper movement mechanics to prevent injury and foster long term growth.
